International learning mobility, carried out within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, brought together 27 participants (youth workers) from 12 partner organisations in Europe. True Essence introduced a holistic, body-based and soul-oriented approach to youth work, thus strengthening the psychophysical health and well-being of young people, and encouraging them to find a meaningful role in creating our common reality. It also promoted personal growth and professional development of participating youth workers who have:

• acquired experience and key skills on how to create a safe and inclusive space;
• embarked on a stunning journey of discovering the body's own resources and wisdom, and have been encouraged to explore our body's emotional intelligence and use of somatic practices when working with youth;
• been inspired to express themselves through art and to use different artistic materials and their psycho-dynamic properties;
• been invited towards in-depth self-exploration, to meet and integrate their shadows and to better understand the mechanisms of the shadow;
• increased their level of empathy and resilience;
• been called towards greater sustainability both at interpersonal relations and in relation to nature;
• gained skills on how to support young people in an effective and holistic way.
