From July 13th to 20th, 2023, together with 3 other Slovenian participants, I attended an Erasmus+ training course that took place at the Centro Didattico Ambientale Valpore, in the idyllic mountain landscape of the Italian Alps.

It introduced us to mindfulness and full awareness, connected us to nature, stopped time in the moment. We playfully and easily embarked on an exploration of who we are, what fuels us or where our roots are, what our strengths and gifts are, or how we can spread our wings.
